Our Annual Costa Rica Yoga Retreat
Join us at our yoga retreat center in Costa Rica, Nosara Springs Wellness, every May.
At Lake Center Yoga, each yoga class has a focus on enhancing your mindfulness along with your strength and flexibility. We take this focus to the next level during our annual yoga retreat in Costa Rica.
The Nosara Springs Wellness Center is located in Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula, one of the world’s five Blue Zones! The four casitas and the custom yoga deck were all built in conjunction with the surrounding landscape and the goal of the work is to immerse ourselves in our practice and nature to raise our consciousness in our daily lives.
Join us for a week of yoga practice, meditation, breathwork, nature hikes, beach walks, cooking with local food and produce, and much more.

Practicing yoga is not only about your physical health. Yoga is a holistic experience meant to enhance your body, mind, and spirit simultaneously.
At Lake Center Yoga, we are committed to providing our community with a complete Hatha Yoga practice that encompasses mindful exercise aimed at fulfilling your physical and mental health goals.
The practice of Kundalini Yoga in particular keeps the mind at a higher state once the physical practice is over. We integrate more meditation and focus on the Chakras to get more in tune with our natural energy and reprogram our patterns outside of our Yoga practice.
We are dedicated to healthy recipes focused on a primarily plant-based diet to improve our own health and the health of our planet. We offer Vegan Cooking Classes and recipes to encourage you incorporate healthier yogic eating in your daily life as well.
