Our Whole Food, Plant-Based Cooking Classes are meant to inspire and assist yogis to incorporate more pure and healthy foods into their life to give them more vitality and longevity!

We begin at Lake Center Yoga with a one hour Kundalini yoga class to purify the body and mind to a higher level, preparing the body and mind to eat pure and healthful foods.

Following the class, we will carpool to Sri and Nirgunavathi’s home for the cooking class.

In the cooking class we teach you how to set up your  kitchen, shop for and prepare your food, and plan for how to incorporate more plant-based eating into your life.

We enjoy the experience of preparing food together, creating a nutritious meal, talking, asking questions, eating this delicious and high vibrational meal, and being around a nice big organic garden.

These classes are so inspiring for all, are well liked and are so much fun!  These classes always fill up so register early.  Frequent Lake Center Yoga students have first priority, but all are encouraged to join us for this wonderful and enlightening experience!
