Live In Samadhi!

Join us in class this week and integrate Yoga Sutra 3.3 on Samadhi, the 8th Limb of Yoga, into your asana and meditation practices. At it’s highest level Samadhi intoxicates us with the divine vision of the omnipresence of God.

There is an expression, “The difference between an ordeal and an adventure is perspective.” Often in life things feel like they are big, they’re heavy, there’s a lot going on and if you just flip your perspective somehow it seems a lot more accessible, like you can handle it, you can overcome it, and hopefully have fun while your doing it.

When one is in the state of Samadhi, absorbed in ones True state of innate joy, everything is experienced as an adventure rather than an ordeal. Samadhi is the greatest adventure!

Our intention through our classes this week is for you to drop into the state of Samadhi and carry that adventure into your life.

Beginner, On-going Experienced, Friday Night Meditation, Saturday Yin Yoga and Sunday Slow & Glow classes

See you in class, make it an adventure, not an ordeal 🙂
