Welcome To Week 3 Of Our Current 6 Week Session this coming week at LCY.

Yoga 1, Yoga 1-2 and Yoga 2 Classes
This week come and discover the interconnected patterns of movement, breath and form that, when ignited, give you a deep connection to your core strength, revealing the path to your maximum flexibility and sense of balance. We will work with traditional yoga postures and variations that focus on muscular and energetic connections side to side and head to toe as you explore your inner landscape via Yoga Sutra 4.20. You will leave feeling open, integrated and grounded after this practice. Props needed: 2 blocks
Yoga Basics Classes
This week’s Yoga Basics Classes will focus on the activation of core power in the torso which protects your lower back, hips, knees and ankles in addition to nourishing your vital organs and moving the powerful current of life force more fully through the spinal column.
Vedic Astrology Class with Sri Ekan 7:30pm Wednesday Nights
These classes help you to learn more about your soul level via your astrological birth chart. They are open to everyone. Just call or email first so that Sri Ekan can bring your chart to class
Yin Yoga Class with Lisa 5:45pm Friday Nights
This class will take you to a deep level within by releasing stress and the stress hormone called cortisol in the myofascial tissues of the physical body. No experience is necessary. This class is a perfect preparation for Meditation. Make yourself an end of the week retreat by combining Yin Yoga followed immediately by Guided Meditation with Lisa. If you attend this class the Guided Meditation is free.
Guided Meditation with Lisa by Donation or Free with Yin Yoga Class or Class Package
Do you have trouble meditating on your own? Most people do so they just give up on the powerful physical, psychological and spiritual benefits of meditation too easily. Come and enjoy wonderful yogic practices with Lisa to prepare your mind and body for beautiful guided meditations. Even if you do not have trouble meditating on your own you will love the meditative power of even more than one person meditating together. Lisa will prepare a unique set of practices each week and a unique journey of meditation to take you on. If you attend the Yin Yoga Class please stay and dive into the Guided Meditation for Free. If you want to just attend the Guided Meditation as a drop in student, there is a Donation Basket in which to make an offering.
