Many approaches to meditation might be obvious but unless you hear them spoken while deep in a receptive state they can be hard to bring into life. Come and enter that receptive state in meditation class!  As you follow your breath with the calm detachment of listening to a breeze through the trees you stop struggling with what you cannot change and ‘float in the arms of the interconnected universal fabric.’

Sri Ekan will guide you to this place of stillness and impermanence, calm mastery and deep understanding through the more subtle of the 8 Limbs of Yoga. In Asana Classes at LCY we incorporate all 8 Limbs but the focus is more on the first 3 Limbs of Yoga. In Meditation Classes the focus is more on the last 5 Limbs of Yoga.
