Benefits of Handstands this Week!

Welcome To Week 4 Of Our Current 6 Week Session  We hope you all had a wonderful holy day week and we look forward to a rebirth of spirit in Yoga Classes!

Heres’s what’s happening this week at LCY:

Yoga 1, Yoga 1-2 and Yoga 2 Classes
Bring steadiness to your body and mind as you prepare for and practice inversions via proper alignment and Yoga Sutra 4.15. Slow sun salutations will warm up and open your body followed by standing pose inversions and a series of forward folds sprinkled throughout. Handstands at the wall or in the middle of the room will put this practice into action!

Welcome To Week 3 Of Our Current 6 Week Session Starting 4/10/17

We begin the week with a gorgeous full moon to shower Spring blessings upon us!

Yoga 1, Yoga 1-2 and Yoga 2 Classes

Come get “Hippified” under the full moon this week in Yoga 1, Yoga 1-2, and Yoga 2 Classes where you will squat, lunge, lengthen and twist as you focus your attention on your hips and the muscle groups that support their mobility with a practice that will give your entire body a healthy challenge. That along with Yoga Sutra 4.14 will leave you feeling grounded and more mobile to move through life!
